Paul Flint
Paul Flint is a founding member and the CIO of WD Capital. He is also a founding member and the CIO of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
Having been with Wildeboer Dellelce since it was formed in 1993, Paul has played a key role in the strategic growth and development of what is now one of Canada’s leading corporate finance transactional law firms.
He is also the founder and President of a Toronto based wine and alcohol beverage importing business. Paul is actively involved with community and charitable initiatives across a number of sectors, including health (RBC Sunnybrook Run for the Kids), youth development (the Duke of Edinburgh Award) and the arts (Power Plant, AGO).
Paul graduated from the University of Toronto and has completed an executive leadership program at the University of Notre Dame and holds the Canadian Securities Course.
