Vijay Malhotra
Vijay Malhotra is an expert at deal preparation and analysis, and leads WD Capital's deal marketing team.
Vijay joined WD Capital Markets as an Associate in 2020 and was later promoted to Vice President in 2021. He supports the firm on both equity and debt capital markets advisory engagements, as well as buy and sell side M&A advisory services.
Vijay graduated in 2020 from Ivey Business School, majoring in business with a focus on finance. His prior experiences include internships in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Real Estate. During his graduate career, he completed an internship in Latin America and passed the first Level of the CFA exam.
Vijay is a soccer enthusiast and has played semi-professional soccer in England previously. He manages his own investment portfolio, enjoys surfing and cooking.
